It was a real pleasure knowing Terry or "Telboy" as he liked being called by the Darts team here in Spain. We played darts together as a pair many times and managed to win more times than we lost, even if Telboy invariably left me on difficult doubles to finish a game!
Was also nice to share similar stories that we both had, of our time living in London and he was always ready to join in the banter about his beloved Spurs as I supported the other team in North London!
Goodbye old friend. Sorry I can't be at your send-off but I'll raise a glass to you on the day and remember the good times we shared.

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
